Cathy was instrumental in helping me achieve my goals. I have a very
busy schedule and need to eat out a lot for work. I thought it was
impossible for me to lose weight with my schedule. However Cathy was
able to tailor a plan that worked for me. It was so simple to follow

Like most people, I have struggled to find the right way of eating that
both makes sense and would allow me to lose and maintain weight. I have
read every book, talked to my personal trainer, eaten crazy foods,
everything. I had never met with a nutritionist because I had figured
that I had done the work on my own and there was nothing else to learn.
